One guy, during the interview was very chill. The other one was a bit uptight. They hit hit with some basic intern questions. One thing to look out for is to know what it take to be an operator.

It was a very formal government process. First, it is the entrance exam that includes reading comprehension and basic arithmetic. Then a panel interview with two to three people. Finally, a final interview with hiring manager .

First I did a multiple choice Exam, Then an interview with a 3-4 person panel and then I think the entire process was 3-6 months. Pretty lengthy but that is government and HR was very helpful
