I had a phone screen and subsequent interview in early February 2022. I was informed during the phone screen there may be a possibility of three interviews. I accepted, but was a little shocked as it seems to waste the candidate's time. Couldn't there just be a panel interview with everyone you want at the interview instead of potentially conducting three separate interviews? Time is money which many employers don't seem to realize.
I was not selected to continue in the process after the first interview, but I don't know why. I meet the requirements and have the experience. I saw the same job opening again a few months later, so I reached out to the Recruiter to see if I could be reconsidered. I was essentially told that if I have previously applied then I've already been considered.
