Arrive 20-30 Minutes early and they will try to get to you as quick as possible depending on how many people are with you. They ask general interview questions but they are looking for people who think outside the box and wish to benefit themselves. If you have skills that they can take advantage of, talk about it even if it's not for that certain position. I was able to apply for two positions in the same interview.
