Interview
My overall interview experience is very positive. It's absolutely a great priportery trading firm with many smart and friendly professional traders. Their HR is very helpful for preparing each round interview as well. They even booked the flight and hotels to Singapore for me for the last round interview, since I am in the U.S. Really really sincere firm that are willing to pay for potential employees. The whole interview process went very smothly and well organized. I did not make to the very end beacasue of some personal issues, but there is no doubt they have a very great and transparent program for Junior Traders.
I applied this position online and received an online assessment. After that, I received a brief phone interview with a senior trader. Since I am not in Singapore, after I passed the first round phone interview, I had 4 rounds video interviews with their quant/desk heads, senior traders. After that is another Video interview with the founder (CEO). Then I received the onsite(last round) invitation.

Great! People were very friendly. Tested on Option theory esp delta and popular options strategies eg Long Straddle. Brush up on brain teasers. Just read Sheldon Natenberg's book. People are nice. But the math is very tricky. Brush up on fast mental calculations

Interview
The aptitude test was the first stage. It's a really straightforward one. After that, there will be an HR interview.
- The interviewer was uninteresting and arrogant. Her speech seemed completely devoid of feeling.
- Did not provide any information about the company or what we would be discussing during the interview.
- After asking a few questions about my prior job, she moved on to inquire about my schooling and grades. I did not attend a prestigious school nor did I receive excellent grades. However, I had past work experience with a reputable trading firm, but it was irrelevant to them.
I'm guessing you shouldn't bother applying if you aren't from a top school with outstanding scores.
