      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infrrd (Bengaluru) in Aug 2020

      Interview

The interview process took more than a month. The first round was on basics of Javascript, Angular, HTML, CSS. In the second round I was given an assignment to complete. The third round was a deep discussion on Angular, Javascript, HTML and CSS. The final round was a discussion with the manager. The problem with the final round was, that as communicated by the HR it was supposed to be a manager round, hence I was expecting questions on the processes that I am aware of and some technical questions as well.  But I was rejected based on just one problem statement that was given to me to solve and nothing else in the interview. I feel that there was miscommunication on what to expect in this round and if I was communicated well I would have prepared well. This rejection took a lot of toll on me since the process took almost one month and I had put in a lot of effort for the preparation.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infrrd (Bengaluru) in Apr 2019

      Interview

Worst interview Experience. Don't waste your full day time attending this interview. First Round: Interviewer did not had much knowledge. He asked some basic Javascript questions which he had seen on google before coming to interview. Later he was short of questions. He took his mobile & searched for the question. He then gave me a question by seeing the mobile. Unfortunately he did not know the answer himself. I gave him an different answer which was correct. He told its not going to work since he was referring to the answer from mobile. Later he started asking about my current company. How much pay they will give, what will be the hike & all. Which is totally unprofessional. I don't understand what was the point of asking salary details in technical round. Second Round: Bad attitude of Interviewer. He was acting like only he knows coding. He don't know how to behave with candidates. He did not introduce himself & never bothered to know about me. He did not offer me to sit. I was standing for 10 mins while he was seeing my resume. Later I only had to grab the chair & sit. Later he gave some questions which he had searched in google before coming to the interview. There was no paper. I was asked to use the board. He moved out of the room while I was answering the questions on board. Totally Unprofessional. By this time I was pissed off from this rude behavior. He gave me a laptop & some question to solve & moved out of the room. He did not even come to the room to see what is the status. I had to go to HR & say that I had completed the coding test. After waiting for 30 more mins some other person came & saw the output. She was yelling out saying that this is not according to the requirements. If it is not according to the requirements. Tell the candidate that it is not correct. I don't understand the point of talking rudely. Later the person who gave me the question came & started to yell at me. He asked me he can give some more time to solve it. But due to rude behavior of these people I had decided to not to continue with the interview. I came out rejecting politely.
