Interview
The whole process took about a month. Initial phone screening, video interview with direct report, another video interview with direct report and team member, then an in-person meeting with direct report. I received positive feedback after each interview. After the last interview, they told me I’d hear something within the week. Two weeks went by and heard nothing. I emailed the direct report with no response. I had to text the HR coordinator to finally find out I wasn’t selected. I know this isn’t unique to Informativ, but it’s so unprofessional and disappointing that people/companies still do that. I’m an adult and can take rejection, I’d expect seasoned professionals to be the same.

Interview
Interviewed with the VP of HR on the phone then met with the CEO on-site. They both were very pleasant.
They made a verbal offer then sent a written offer.
Great leadership questions. The fun environment didn't make it past 3rd round. Company-owned by a Private Equity company that is only looking for top results. The current billing setup is not on track for progression.
