Interview
I recently went through the interview process at Infor, and it was a great experience. The process consisted of two steps: an initial interview with HR, followed by a technical interview. Everything was straightforward, and the interviewers were incredibly kind and friendly.
The questions were primarily based on my resume and focused on how my background aligned with the role. The technical interview felt interactive and engaging, more like a conversation than a test.
After about three weeks, I received an offer. Overall, it was the best interview experience I’ve had—not just because of the outcome, but because of the supportive and welcoming atmosphere they created throughout.

The interview questions focused on my resume, specifically how my background aligned with the role, why I was interested in the position, and some technical questions related to my skill set.
The tech interview on a DevOps position was adequate. The questions were about Linux, Cloud skills (mostly AWS), networking. No leetcode or any similar ridiculousness was involved. Two people were interviewing me and overall the questions and everything else was reasonable, which I liked. I got an offer and accepted it.

There was a coding exam, but mostly code check and providing solution. there was also an online behavioral assessment which they will also provide you a copy of the result.

Interview
It was a 3 step interview, 1st was the basic intake as always, 2nd a meeting with the director, manager and hr, where we talked about myself, the company and the role, 3rd and last interview was some tests and another meeting, all on site.
