Interview
I initially spoke with an internal recruiter who helped guide me through the process. I had to take their cognitive test prior to getting an in person interview. The test wasn't too difficult but the short time limit really pushes you to make quick and accurate decisions. The in person interview process went well as I was able to meet with a couple people from upper management. Overall the interview process went really well and surprisingly fast. The recruiter was easy to work with and always responded to me in a timely manner.

Interview
One call with manager, which was very positive. We met onsite to have a conversation for an hour to discuss my career plan and to see if I'm a good fit for the company.
After this I had a conversation with the recruiter and VP sales. This went alright Some tough questions were asked, unfortunately can't remember them.
After I got the offer, I had a final call with one of the account managers who I'm currently working with to test my motivation.
Background checks have been done which were all good.
Very happy to work here.
