Standard interview process. Completed the technical assessment, and I thought the staff was super professional during the entire process. It was also quite fast where the hiring manager organized everything within 2 weeks, which was great. No real complaints and everyone was organized.
There seemed to be mentions on Glassdoor that the company was racist or wanted to prioritize Spanish speaking employees, but I didn't feel like that was pressed, nor was I asked about being bilingual during the process. It might have been a factor in the final decision making process, but I personally wouldn't be annoyed at it since it's pretty clear the company prioritizes LATAM business, so it's obvious they would prefer staff to be bilingual. Overall it was a great experience, and I would consider interviewing again in the future.
