Pretty standard for an SEO/digital marketing based role - it was a two stage process, but lovely team and easy process overall. You'll likely be asked to complete a task, but this is pretty standard for this industry and it wasn't intimidating/an impossible task.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Infinity Nation (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process was as normal as others I had attended, I had my interview with the Client Services Director & Founder.
After the interview I was told I would hear back from them within 24 hours, unfortunately, that wasn't the case so I had to chase the recruitment agency regarding the outcome of the interview.
I was told I'd been unsuccessful because I was unable to demonstrate more complex selling of there product and cross-selling different services.
To be frank there wasn't an opportunity for me to do this and how can I demonstrate this in an initial interview without knowing the companies offering or how they go about there sales process?

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you have had to hit a target, how did you go about it & what result did you get?
I applied online. I interviewed at Infinity Nation (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process was really good, they kept in communication and the actual interview was open and honest conversation. The company is being built on a great ethos and getting the best from their people. I think it is a really fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to really grow with an up and coming company.
Not much to be honest, apart from being a bit vague in the job description and when speaking over the phone to what they are after (weren't both aligned). This became more apparent in the interview that they were still unsure.
However, they are a growing and evolving company at an exciting time for anyone who is in line with their values and wanting to help make a positive difference for the clients.
Good luck Infinity Nation!

Question 1
Lots of open-ended questions, so hard to say one difficult one.
Thank you for your review, really glad to hear you felt the experience was a positive one. I will review the JD in an attempt to clear up any vagueness, thank you for your feedback on this! :-)
