The interview process was really good, they kept in communication and the actual interview was open and honest conversation. The company is being built on a great ethos and getting the best from their people. I think it is a really fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to really grow with an up and coming company. Not much to be honest, apart from being a bit vague in the job description and when speaking over the phone to what they are after (weren't both aligned). This became more apparent in the interview that they were still unsure. However, they are a growing and evolving company at an exciting time for anyone who is in line with their values and wanting to help make a positive difference for the clients.
