Recruiter call. Went well for the most part. We got to the topic of pay (I don’t know why because I put my pay requirement on the application), and she said they are only willing to pay a certain amount and that the pay range is just to comply with Minnesota pay transparency laws. Basically wasted my time when she already knew how much I wanted.
I was already skeptical based on their reviews but if that’s any indication of how Infinite Campus operates, count me out.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infinite Campus in Feb 2025
Interview
The in-person interview was really welcoming as the receptionist and the interviewers were all friendly and passionate. It started with a conversation with a 30-minute interview with the Hiring Manager, which then led to a 30-minute behavioral interview with an HR rep. It was standard STAR Interview questions and a resume overview. Overall a great experience and it seems that every employee loves being there.

Question 1
What are some struggles you faced with one of your projects?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infinite Campus in Jan 2025
Interview
Fairly straightforward. 30 minute phone screen, HR interview, Manager interview. Some interviews take a few hours. Nothing to prepare for really. The whole process takes too long if you ask me. Initially got a rejection email, then I got another interview request. Seemed a bit disorganized.
