I applied for the position at Bangalore location. The HR asked me to come for a face-2-face. I requested him for a telephone round with the hiring manager to understand the requirements mutually to sort out any incompatibilities earlier , as it is a senior position. The telephone interview was scheduled , but some other manager ( not the hiring team's ) speaks to you over phone...I told him clearly what my experience is , what might and might not suit them etc and requested him to clearly convey the same to the concerned hiring manager before deciding to call me for a f-2-f. But it never happened, they called me for a f-2-f, then asked me if I have the skills that I have told over phone that I don't have, then HR comes to you and says "Sorry..it is not positive..". Wasting time on both sides due to lack of coordination or lack of seriousness..

Interview was good. Tech talk followed by many individual interviews. It takes usually a complete day. Lunch will be provided by the management. Interviews will be fully technical and hence it is better to prepare thorough before going. Nothing else to tell..
