Screening was done on the phone and I received an invitation directly to come to the Kulim plant. The manager who was supposed to interview me was unreachable on the day and only replied when I was on my way back to Kuala Lumpur. German company operating in Malaysia with minimal German work ethique

Mostly are technical questions for the interview, questions are quite hard and there are many challenging questions. The whole interview period is about one and a half hours which is consider pretty long

The interview was fast and straight forward. Straight into the point asking you about some experience and technical knowledge.
Well, I favour more toward this as compare to those companies who rely on some internet logic test to validate a candidate.
