application process included having to upload a youtube video of myself, next step was to create a marketing graphic, next step was a coding challenge, then an in person interview. was given an offer and required to pass a background check and a drug test, and after all of that they still wouldn't share the details of their benefits package. was told "we'll provide it to you on your first day next monday." staff was very polite and it seemed like a good place to work, but the reluctance and secrecy felt like a red flag. salary offer was below market rate, and only 10 days pto offered.
