Phone screen and then behavioral interview. Behavioral interview was not that hard, environment was very relaxed and everyone at the store was very friendly. Also asked about knowledge I had about the indochino business model as well as if I'd ever worked in made to measure prior to Indochino.

The interview process was thorough and got to know me as a person. It gave me a real sense that the company wanted to understand who they were hiring before they went through with it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indochino in Oct 2019
Interview
Applied on the website and reached out to the store to let them know I was interested. After a quick talk with the manager, I had an in-store interview the following week. Interview went great, talking about sales skills and specific aspects of working for the company. I really thought an offer was going to come, but I've still yet to hear back. Very disappointed.
