The first round was a prescreen interview with a dean for 15 minutes on the telephone. Next round was an in person interview with the supervisor for the role and a professor from the department and another staff member form the department.

Process was slow, with the interviewing asking STAR questions. Wish it were more personalized. Many examples from previous jobs are needed. The committee could not stray from the script much.

Most qualified individuals will get at least an introductory interview. There is still a process that all applicants go through to get to the first round. There were three rounds, including the initial phone interview.
