I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) (New Delhi) in Jun 2023
Interview
I applied online and got a call the next day around noon, asking if I could come in for an interview at their temporary office in Delhi at 2 pm. Since it was just a 20-minute drive, I agreed, though I wasn’t really prepared given the short notice. It was a Friday afternoon, and the interview lasted only about 15 minutes. It felt more like a casual conversation with one of the department heads, focusing on my personality, outlook, and political inclinations, and how I’d fit into the team. To my surprise, I received an email around 7 pm the same day informing me that I had been hired and was asked to start on Monday. The whole process was smooth and quick!
