I applied through linked in, got a call from HR.
After conveying my interest i got a call from Senior Employee who took my interview.
Interview was more like a discussion about my interests and future plans. There were few hypothetical situations asked and then the normal HR discussion.

Interview
It was a part of campus placement.
First level: Based on our CGPI, shortlisted candidates were interviewed by a member of the executive council. It was a very casual interview and having awareness of the current socio-political developments in the country really helped
Second Level: I was asked to write a case study on the prospects of INC winning the 2017 Punjab elections.
Third level: An interview was scheduled with the director of the company and they did not confirm the time and day for this interview, even after continuous follow-ups. I thought that as a sign of not being accepted. However 4 weeks into being shortlisted for interview with the director, I was sent an offer letter.
