Briefed about company. Told the about myself and benefit package was explained. HR and hiring manager were very professional. Expectations were given at time. They explained the compensation.

The interview was conducted by maintenance management, middle management and plant manager. They were welcoming and easy to talk to, they kept the interview semi-professional. All questions job related were asked by maintenance management as others did not know what to ask. Otherwise very easy interview. Aptitude test does follow the interview.
