Interview process required phone screen followed by an onsite interview and case study project. Role title was made to sound senior, but as I dug in on the role it was clear it was an entry level or analyst style position of rinse and repeating the same projects over and over again. The team was all very nice and seemed motivated by the cause, however they could have improved on professionalism throughout the interview process. I consistently had to re-email recruiters and at one point they moved me forward in the process and then later said never mind they were not going to move me on.

Very smooth and straightforward interview process. The recruiter provided timely updates and preparation info for each interview. The process included: (1) Recruiter Screen (2) Hiring Manager Call (3) Small take-home exercise (4) VP Call (5) Case Study Panel Presentation + Breakout sessions (6) Final Call with Hiring Manager + VP

The interview process was not difficult. Just frustrating. There were 5 interviews with the company only to be told the position was offered to an internal candidate. While I don't disagree that internal employees are often best to retain talent. It is just frustrating for the external candidate to go through so many interviews.

I went to an open house and met with a manager for a brief interview. Then asked if I wanted to speak to someone else which I did. They asked me to apply for this position other than one I had come into ask about.
