I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InVisage (Menlo Park, CA)
Interview
The interview process was going very smooth from initial three rounds phone interviews to the final on site interview, meeting with the people from senior engineer, manager, director and to the VP of Engineering and Sales and Marketing.
The management person told me that I am very good and this will be my job. They will just write summary and report to the CEO for approval. And The tone is very sure. I believe so!
Sometime later, the receptionist told me they were still interviewing candidates. I am surprised !
One month later, the receptionist told me that the VP of Engineering said my experience level is not a match and seems to cancel their decision. I am shocked!
It seems like they invited me to their company just to pick up what I did in my previous work!
What an awful company it is!!!
