HR reached out in January asking various questions and appeared to be ghosted. Role was placed on hold and wasn't contacted again until end of March. Set up time with the hiring manager after not hearing back again, had a 45 minute conversation where they just fired off question after question. Additionally, they received a call during the interview and took it, taking away about 5 minutes from the interview time. The hiring manager made it very hard to connect on a personal basis and left no time to ask questions in a comfortable setting without feeling rushed. They were shut down towards the end of the call and seemed distracted. Disappointing candidate experience, my first impression afterwards was that wouldnt be a manager that would help me grow.
