The interview process started with their Recruiter contacting me for a brief phone screen. That took about 35 minutes. I was then scheduled for a video conferencing interview with the CEO. He was very nice and upbeat. He told me the needs most desired to be met and they were all duties I was very well versed in. I have well over 20 years in the field I was interviewing for so I felt very positive . I really liked his passion and zest for business and I’m always driven to work hard for folks like that even though the pay was less than market rate for the area. Also, I felt the position was miscatagorized and was more of an Executive Assistant or Operations Assistant position, but their HR department should have picked up on that which tells me something. Disappointed to not have made it through. I know I could have been exactly what he was looking for in this role. Maybe some other time.
