      Interview

It seems like they threw together their interview process in a moment. If you are applying to a developer position you had better make sure you know every in and out of the react documentation because they will quiz you on the smallest details. If there is any syntax you don't know they will count it against you, regardless of whether you understand the concepts behind it or not. Someone who didn't even have a computer science or engineering degree, but had a business degree, ran the technical interview. This is just mind boggling to me. Having been through several interviews myself, I know that a typical developer interview consists of questions about fundamental computer science topics where you write pseudocode or code in the language of your choice to solve the problem. I have never experienced one where my success in the interview is dependent on knowing the syntax of a specific language or framework. Maybe if the individual interviewing had a computer science degree they would be aware of that. If the interview process is any indicator of how this company is ran, then it must be one of the most mismanaged and unorganized places to work. I wouldn't want to work here after experiencing their poor excuse for a developer interview.

      Question 1

All of their questions come from a very popular React tutorial on YouTube. If you interview here you should look it up.
