InLight Entertainment interview questions

The interview itself was really painless, since I was going for a QA position, the QA lead interviewed me and asked a couple standard questions and 10 minutes later asked me when I could start. The only thing is the response time was forever. There was 2 months between my application and my hiring. I had to email him to ask how my application was going, and surprisingly he replied by asking me in for an interview, I figured he'd just found someone else. Besides that it was painless.
