Casual interview with the clinical director. Sit down talk about experiences, philosophy of care, etc. Time to tour the center and meet kids. Lots of time for questions as well.
Standard interview process that was to be expected for the board certified behavior analyst position. I would always recommend at least one on site interview to see the location or center when possible.

Interview
Once I applied through Indeed they emailed me and scheduled a brief phone interview. After that I had 2 online interviews with both clinical supervisors and the regional coordinator. It took approximately 2 weeks until I got a job offer.
