Very simple, came in, waited, sat down outside, and talked for 5-10 minutes. it was pretty easy, i liked it a lot. it was cool, it was fun, and simple.
It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.

In N Out Burger was my first job and my first interview ever. The first interview you met with a manager and were interviewed in a group setting with 4-5 applicants sitting next to you. If chosen, you move on to a final interview with the head of the store or one of the other higher ups.
