I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2013
Interview
They called me within four days of applying online. The process was very easy all I had to do was show up on the days In N Out wasn't as busy. I came to my interview on a Tuesday and was interviewed by the shift manager. We went to sit outside on the tables and she asked basic questions and more questions about me. She was very nice and was trying to get to know me. I got called for a second interview with the store manager and the process was just as easy. I got hired on the spot :)

I was called in for two interviews. The interview clothes I wore were business casual. They were super friendly and nice. Asked where I saw myself in 5 years. What my goals were. What three words described me and what I could bring to the team.

Interview
I applied online, and soon got an email back with a date and time for an interview. I was 16 at the time and was a tad bit intimidated. There was about 40 other people there at the time, and there were 3 rounds of questions that everyone had to answer. One question that I remember answering had to do with sharing an example of personal integrity. Around 10 people were eliminated each round, and I got a call back the next afternoon saying I got the job! Super easy process if you are organized and on top of things :)
