I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Impact Networking (Brookfield, WI) in Dec 2010
Interview
Had a phone interview to see if I was interested and gauge my experience. Came in to a 1:1 interview after. Was supposed to be with hiring manager, he was unexpectedly not there. Interviewed with a woman from HR. Came back a second time for 1:1 interview with hiring manager. Discussed my experience and my future goals. Next steps were to come in for a job shadow day to see how I could handle the work. I had to decline that, though, because the base salary (position was base, plus commissions) was too low.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Impact Networking in Jan 2023
Interview
Easy interview process. pretty chill. you will sit down with a manager and they talk a lot about company culture and benefits. If asked back you will do a ride day which means you come in person and shadow people. Then you will have 2 interviews after that. overall pretty smooth process if they like you
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Impact Networking (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2021
Interview
Great, fun, interesting, precious, professional, and concise. I had a great time with these professionals. They want to elevate the company by bringing on top tier talent. They do not wast your time.
