I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Illinois Action for Children (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2024
Interview
Fairly long process with three interviews, a lengthy questionnaire and a writing test. Everything went fairly well, but I never heard from them again after the final interview. No one responded to my follow-up emails asking for the position's status. It was so unprofessional and strange!
A status update and even feedback are the professional courtesies I would hope for after so much time and effort from both parties. I was really disappointed not to hear either way.

Interview
The interview process was very easy. Roumiana interviewed me via phone. She made the salary expectations for their end clear. They were not willing to pay market rate. We mutually agreed that they could not budge on salary regardless of the current market offerings.
