Process is pretty short but in depth. They really want to know why you want to work at Icon Partners. Starts with a phone screening to get to know you. The interviewers are all nice and help you feel comfortable.

Skype interview with the hr
Personal interview with the manager
Then with the owner
Basically the first interview is when they weed out all the Bad candidates
Then some personal interview in English
There was no interview in Japanese
