One interview of 30 min with a recruiter. She was really nice.
1 assessment with 3 different tasks.
1 interview with 2 members of the team less nicer so I was more nervous.
I had to contact them to know i was not selected for the role. And when I asked for a feedback they ignored my email.
The bare minimum when you had direct conversations with a candidate is to at least give him a feedback on why he didn't make it. We call this respect and it's sad to see a company being so inconsiderate with the people who took time to apply and follow all the process

very easy not really test needed, just calls to meet everyone and maybe coming to the office, more based on character fit than skills other than looking at CV and all, test is more done in trial period
