3 stage, phone interviews and online meeting due to international nature of the business. Dealt with Line Manager, HR and VP's and European Business owner. All the interviewers knew their role in the process and asked relevant, challenging questions. You could tell it really mattered to them that they got both the right experience, but also the right type of person to fit their culture.
