Interview
I applied for the job through the company website, and I received an acknowledgement from the People Team. I was kept well informed throughout the process. THe first stage was an introductory call followed by a more in depth 121 with competency-based questions. I met with the line manager and another colleague from the same team, and the whole process felt very friendly.

The questions were geared around my CV and previous experience, and I was asked how I would apply my knowledge to some hypothetical scenarios.

Interview
Informal, relaxed and friendly. Two-stage interview, firstly online followed by face to face. Both interviews informal with mix of technical and personal questions.
Decision making took a while, however feedback process was good. Eventually received offer but did not accept.
