ITHAKA Web Applications Developer interview questions

Too lengthy, but otherwise easy. First round with recruiter, second round with two engineers, a take home that takes around 3 working days, and then a last round interview 30-50 minutes each person with 6 people (3-4 hour interview). After going through all of this, never got a response about if they want to hire me, and am tired of waiting. Rate for this job is not competitive, but it makes sense because it is a non-profit. Seems to hire certain people, especially if you have gone to school in Michigan. Not worth the effort unless you wholly believe in the mission or will fit into the culture perfectly.
