Basic screening with recruiter. Hiring managers have next say in order to move forward. On site interview with hiring or account manager. Then offered or not offered a position.

Interview
Brief informal Chat to discuss I.T experience in similar role and any new or existing qualifications. It was very informal due to this being a contract position. It was very laid back and i can only wish for all interviews to run as smoothly and be in such a chilled out environment.
