After first approach by phone I've been invited onsite for the tech interview.
There were 1 Manager and 2 Tech. Managers.
They are trying to figure it out if can work under pressure and your attitude to face problems.
Hard selection but, worth of it.

Interview
3 Meeting with reperesentatives of Recruitment department and Business Departments concluded with meeting with Regional Director. Each Meeting lasted for 1-2 hrs and was followed by practical task to be done a priori to nex meeting.
