ISSL Market Services interview questions

It’s pathetic. There is no culture. They schedule interview and interviewer doesn’t come on time. 1st they tell there will be 3 rounds then they say they will take just 1 round and again after 2 days they share they will take 2 rounds. Finally HR says she will call in 2 days for salary discussion and then there is no communication for 1 week. Then suddenly they wake up and ask to join immediately when at the initial phase only the notice period was communicated.

Engaged in multiple rounds, 45-60 mins interviews with mid-level and with promoter, then asked to work on a case study and prepare a financial model. Once financial model and research note was submitted, completely ghosted without any response. No email, no acknowledgement, no rejection email, not picking up calls, nothing. Seems amongst those companies who get some work done on the side while also taking interviews! Beware on wasting a lot of time here!
