Fairly easy. More so conversation setting. Generally with your direct manager. Know company structure. It’s impressive if you know about the company. Ask questions about culture. What does a week at a glance looks like.

Interview
There is a one hour skills test when you first get there, conducted alone in the conference room. This is then followed by a meeting with the technical manager that lasts about half an hour. Basis skills and some of the job requirements are covered, followed by a question and answer period.
