One of the nicest interview panel I have ever gave interview to, It was part of campus recruitment. 1st round was MCQ questions from all domains(ML,SDE,Devops), Interview was 2nd round and last round is HR round where they just explain company policy.

first of all they wll take online aptitude(which is mainly technical question only) then shorlisted students will go for technical interview then HR will tell you about the policy of IQM and its benifits (whether you get selected or not)
