IPRS Group interview questions

The role is based on mental health as opposed to physiotherapy I got told during the interview which isn’t made at all clear in the job advert. Sorely disappointed to receive an unsuccessful email which reads as if someone else was picked over you, I can take other candidates were more well liked but only if that were true as to see the job re-advertised round about the same day, you have to wonder about their integrity on these roles available or maybe they chose candidates who decline them?. It is quite painful to make people wait 1 or 2 weeks to learn the outcome if it has been decided quite soon after interview they were not suitable or in the running. Best of luck to other candidates finding the office as Sat nav does not recognise the post code. I would thank the company for allowing me to re-schedule the interview so I wasn’t waiting 2+ weeks to hear the outcome as I feel more for the people interviewing the week before me.

Pleasant personable interviewers but off putting to hear "Not in a rush to hire" which probably explains why they frequently advertise for this position. Conduct lots of interviews but take no one on. If interviewing, can I suggest you apply with a month or two's notice! Definitely a company keen to makes offers to people in *employment only* it sadly seems. Took a week to learn the decision by which time I'd noted the role had already been reposted anyhow already coming to the conclusion it was a no before the 'bulk looking' email landed not even looking personally addressed to me!
