First interview in my case was with the owner, which I felt went very well. Given it was scheduled for 20, and went for 1.2hr. This lead me to the take home assignment, which was to create a URL shortener. They chose the tech to build it with, and such. I created a very through version of it with Github documentation and such, with detailed explanations on my choices etc. After submitting, radio silence. I reached out to the developers which I talked to just before the take home assignment, and got nothing back, even when just asking for feedback.
