Everything was very good. The recruiter was all the time in the contact with me. 1st general call, 1 technical interview with the client, and then I met with the recruiter and the boss, who made an offer to me.
I applied online.
I met with HR and the project manager at the first stage. He talked about his problems and project-related needs. It was nice as a first impression.
Secondly, there was a technical interview. Unfortunately, the technical interview is just simple questions found on the internet. No talking about questions, no questions to understand how you think. He asked questions that anyone can easily find on the Internet. They didn't even call back and report the result. This is a shame, a total waste of time.
