INTERCOS Customer Service interview questions

I didn't know what to make of this. The person interviewing me described the position in detail, but yet didn't seem to be very enthusiastic about it. She told me that lunch is a half-hour, but if you take longer, it will be a problem. She said she takes longer than the half-hour. But on the positive side, while I was sitting with Security waiting for the Human Resources person to arrive, I found the people working in the room across from Security to be very friendly and welcoming.
