The process is decent. There was an initial phone screening followed by a 30 minute coding interview. The coding interview I found relatively easy. Then there was a case study, the results of which I presented to the larger team. They seemed to like me, but the recruiter told me they ended up deciding to open up a role for a more senior position instead of the Associate level.
