Interview
Was reach out to answer a couple of questions and complete a personality assessment before the interview. During the interview, was asked if they are able to record it. It wasn't much a typical HR interview as there are roles related behavioral questions mixed in. After the interview, was tasked to complete an assignment. Did not hear back from HR. Just received an automated email that the role has be filled. But quickly saw a reposting of the job.

Question 1
Have you created technical documentation that includes custom solutions or implementation details for developers to execute, beyond just listing client requirements? This means the developers or other technical teams are not coming up with how to implement a client requirement, you have complete ownership of the process. The developers are in charge of the execution, but you are in charge of the solutioning.
Great 1st interview over phone. Did a ton of research and prep for next interviews. 3 zoom interviews over next 2 weeks. 2 tests. Provided writing samples. Sent 2 thank you letters. Waited a week before hearing back after final interview. Was told I had been only candidate submitted and they wanted to get others. Which would have taken at least another 4 weeks before possible decision. Never heard back again. So inconsiderate and unprofessional and just plain indecent. Desperately needed work and they did nothing but waste a ton of my time and energy. Had other opportunities that I had to put on hold (because I was into the "final interview stage"). And everyone questions why there are gaps on my resume. :)

I don't remember their questions, but I do remember that I asked this one: "Do you have any concerns with my ability to do this job?"

Interview
Interview afterwards a cognitive behavior test. Unimpressive process. The company clearly does not screen prospective employees. The recruiter seemed like his last job was selling used cars. They seem to be more impressed with getting bodies thru the interview process than actually getting the right person in. It was a complete waste of my time.
