INGENIOUS.BUILD interview questions

First round with an HR/Recruiter, Second Round with the Hiring Manager. From my understanding there were at least 2+ more rounds, the final of which would have been with the CEO. Very strange interview vibes and questions. Told me to prepare for stuff like "what kind of podcasts are you listening to" and "what books are you reading to better you at your job"?

My interview process consisted of five steps: An initial conversation with HR -> an interview call with a team member and the team leader -> test task to assess my skills -> one-on-one follow-up meeting with the team leader-> final interview with the company's VP Overall, it was a good experience. The questions were expected, the communication was clear and honest, and the atmosphere felt positive and friendly.
