I applied for this job many months before being re-contacted. In fact, so much time had passed that I forgot I even applied to it. I got invited to an interview where I had to ask to be given some context for the position I was applying for. After a few days, I get rejected (after an introductory interview, where basically they just heard things that were already in mi CV) by an email that starts with "As discussed by phone". Problem is, I never received any phone call from ING. One of the most unprofessional interview process I've ever undergone. At least the two people that did the interview were nice enough.

Question 1
They asked me about my previous experiences, about my motivation to join the team, this kind of introductory questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ING (Manila, Manila) in Mar 2026
Interview
It is still in the initial stage, currently handled by HR, and although progress is ongoing, the waiting time has been quite long and a bit frustrating so far overall.
First round is codility exam which is a bit difficult. 2nd round is technical interview with pair programming. My only concern here is the recruiter ghosted me after the technical interview, they will send you a contact email for questions and updates but they never respond back. Just an advise to the management that they should give a respond back to candidates especially if they spent a time off/hours to do the exam and interviews
