I was contacted by someone in HR about this role having applied via LinkedIn. I had a short phone interview and then was offered a 30-minute Zoom interview with the person in the role. It went well overall and they asked me to send over some samples afterward. I understand now that they were probably looking for someone with more design skills and I don't know if I was the fit they were looking for, however, no one contacted me after this interview. No one. I sent the standard "thank you" note with the samples, and certainly could have reached out again, but I was surprised that no one followed up.
